Within a tight space, DSG Architecture designed a modern, open plan residential design which seamlessly linked the living, dinning and kitchen space with the outdoor space.

FOUR OAKS, SUTTON COLDFIELD

The clients brief to DSG Architecture was to manage and improve on the existing footprint of the building and maximise space for their family. This was accomplished by increasing the building footprint by extending above the existing kitchen and utilising the wasted space in the low eaves with a dormer roof.

LITTLE ASTON, SUTTON COLDFIELD

In order to accommodate a growing family DSG Architecture where required to maximise the downstairs living area and create a feature garden. DSG Architecture expanded on the clients original expectations and with the use of steel RSJ beams where able to remove two thirds of the downstairs walls to create a combined open plan space with designer kitchen and underfloor heating. The feature garden was designed with a modern resin uPVC decking at various levels and a sunken hot tub with colour external lighting.

KNOWLE, SOLIHULL

Working with a regular client DSG Architecture were fully aware of the clients needs and understood their requirement to increase the house value for a sale. DSG Architecture provided detailed plans outlining how to increase the value of the house with minimal spend through the use of extensions, bi-folding doors, roof lights and a modernisation of key housing features such as bathrooms and kitchens.

SHENSTONE, LICHFIELD

The client requested the demolition and renovation of an outbuilding to create an annex for a family member, with only a small footprint, DSG Architecture were able to design a modern and dynamic living space.
